Rules of Entry·        Fill out an entry form, at every event we will draw a winner.  ·        Entry Forms are available at the club events or email us your name, phone number, email, myspace page web address, and mailing address.   ·        All entries sumitted are kept on file and will be re-entered for the following month.  ·        All entries have an equal chance of winning.  ·        You may only enter once per year.  ·        You may only win once per year.  ·        *All Responsibilities must be met for Rewards to be valid.
